Joe Anthony, a retired Bluegrass Community and Technical College professor, is the author of six books: four novels and two short story collections. His latest novel, "A Wounded Snake," centers around Robert Charles O’Hara Benjamin, an African American activist. Benjamin was assassinated in Lexington’s Irishtown while registering four Black people to vote in 1900.
